This system is commonly used on residential new builds and meets standard dampproofing requirements where full waterproofing is not specified.
MULSEAL™ is applied directly to clean, cured foundation walls using professional spray equipment. Once applied, it forms a uniform asphalt-based coating that adheres to the surface and helps block ground moisture from migrating into the foundation.
The spray application allows for consistent coverage across the entire wall, including corners and penetrations, providing dependable moisture resistance throughout the below-grade portion of the foundation.
