Tuff-N-Dri® is a premium spray-applied waterproofing membrane designed to fully seal exterior foundation walls against water intrusion. Unlike basic dampproofing, this system creates a flexible, rubberized barrier that remains watertight even as the foundation experiences minor movement or settling.
It is commonly specified for higher-end residential construction and projects where long-term water protection is critical.
Tuff-N-Dri® is spray-applied directly to the exterior foundation wall, forming a seamless, elastomeric membrane. Once cured, the membrane adheres tightly to the concrete and bridges small cracks, pores, and surface irregularities.
The rubberized coating remains flexible over time, allowing it to accommodate natural foundation movement without cracking or losing adhesion. When paired with proper drainage, this system provides long-term protection against water infiltration below grade.
