Sump pumps & sump pit installation

A properly installed sump pit and pump system protects your basement from flooding during heavy rain or snowmelt. We install new sump pits, replace failing pumps, add backup systems, and correct improper drainage setups. If you’re seeing water in your basement, hearing loud pump noises, or your pump runs nonstop, it’s usually a sign the system needs upgrading.

Exterior waterproofing

We excavate down to the footing, clean and repair the foundation wall, apply Tuff-N-Dri liquid rubber waterproofing, install DMX drainage board, and replace or upgrade the weeping tile. We place clear stone over the new weeping tile to meet code and ensure proper drainage, then backfill with the existing soil from the excavation. Exterior waterproofing is the most reliable way to stop foundation leaks, keep basements dry, and prevent long-term structural damage. This method blocks water before it ever reaches the wall.

Evenflow is a certified DMX installer and a certified Tuff-N-Dri applicator through Tremco, ensuring every waterproofing system meets manufacturer standards and performs long-term.

Interior water management

Interior water management is a reliable and cost-effective option for controlling groundwater and keeping basements dry. In many cases it’s chosen because it’s more affordable, easier to access, or simply the best fit for the home — especially around decks, additions, or tight property lines. We cut a drainage channel along the inside perimeter of the basement, install new weeping tile, add a sump pit if needed, place a dimpled drainage board against the foundation wall, and then pour fresh concrete over the trench. This system redirects groundwater into the sump pit before it reaches the finished space, providing long-term protection and peace of mind.

Epoxy crack injection

We repair leaking foundation cracks using professional epoxy injection. The crack is cleaned, sealed, and injected under pressure so the material penetrates the full wall thickness and creates a permanent watertight seal. This method stops seepage quickly and is ideal for cracks caused by shrinkage, settlement, or minor movement in the foundation. Epoxy crack injection is clean, effective, and one of the most reliable ways to stop water from entering a basement through a single crack.

Foundation Leak Repair

Not all foundation leaks come from cracks — many are caused by cold joints, pipe penetrations, porous concrete, or failed waterproofing. We locate the exact source of the leak and apply the proper repair method based on how the water is entering. Whether the issue requires sealing a penetration, rebuilding a cold joint, applying a membrane, or correcting drainage, we stop the leak at its source and protect the basement from future moisture problems.

Weeping tile installation

We install and replace exterior and interior weeping tile systems to move groundwater away from the foundation and reduce pressure on the walls. A proper drainage system is one of the most important parts of keeping a basement dry. We use perforated pipe, clear stone placed to code, and filter fabric where required to ensure long-term flow and reliability. Whether your existing drain has collapsed, clogged, or was never installed properly, we can upgrade the system so water is directed safely away from the home.

Window wells & drainage

We install new window wells, replace failing ones, and add proper drainage to stop water from pooling against basement windows. A correctly installed window well includes clean stone, a proper drain line tied into the weeping tile or sump system, and enough height to keep soil and water away from the sill. Many leaks around basement windows are caused by shallow wells or blocked drains, and correcting these issues protects both the foundation and the finished interior space.

Grading and surface drainage

Proper grading is essential to keeping water away from your foundation. We correct negative slopes, add soil where needed, and ensure the ground directs water away from the home instead of toward it. In many cases, poor grading is the main cause of recurring basement moisture. Adjusting the slope and improving the surface drainage helps reduce pressure on the foundation, prevent pooling, and protect your waterproofing system long-term.

Yard drainage systems

We design and install complete yard drainage solutions to move water away from your home and out of problem areas. This can include French drains, surface drains, swales, catch basins, and underground piping to direct water to a safer location. Standing water in the yard often leads to foundation pressure, basement moisture, and soggy landscaping. A properly designed drainage system helps protect your home, improve yard usability, and prevent long-term water issues around the property.

Downspout drains

Downspout drains move roof water safely away from the foundation and prevent pooling around the home. We install buried downspout extensions, solid drain pipe, and discharge lines that carry water to a safe location such as a dry well or a lower part of the yard. Proper downspout drainage reduces pressure on the foundation, helps keep basements dry, and protects your waterproofing system from being overloaded during heavy rain.

We’re also teamed up with a professional eavestrough installer and can assist with complete gutter and downspout system upgrades if needed..
